Shoreline CrossFit’s beginner program is our unique way of introducing CrossFit to everyone that walks through our doors. Whether you come from a sedentary, active, or an athletic lifestyle, our program is for you.
Currently, our beginner classes meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday (choice of 7am or 6:30pm each weekday), and Saturday (8:30am) for 2 weeks (totaling 8 sessions). In a class amongst your peers, you will be introduced to the CrossFit methodology and principles, the various fundamental moments, Olympic lifts, and our all inclusive nutrition package.
These classes are held in a smaller group setting and we provide each person with personalized and individual attention to ensure knowledge and safety of the movements. Our beginner program is modeled after our regular CrossFit program to ensure an easy transition once you’re ready to start. We ask that everyone plan on attending all 8 sessions if possible.
After compleating our beginner program, included in your $135 monthy membership is 2 weeks of our regular CrossFit classes (4 classes each week).
